Orvion Management Ltd. · Nassau
Most businesses do not need more software. They need someone to look at how the work actually gets done.
Orvion helps Bahamian businesses sort out the manual, repetitive and disconnected parts of running a company. Sometimes that means AI or automation. Sometimes it means changing a process and leaving the technology out of it.
Where we usually find the time going.
Someone retypes an inquiry into a second system. A request sits in an inbox until Thursday. Two people each keep their own spreadsheet of the same thing. A new hire learns the job by asking around, and nobody can say who has been trained on what.
None of this looks like a crisis, which is why it lasts. Added up across a team and a year, it is a lot of paid hours spent on work that did not need a person.
Owners are often already trying AI on their own. That is a good start. What usually runs out is time, and an outside view of the whole operation rather than one task. That is the part we do.
Who you would be working with
Dwan Archer, founder.
I hold a degree in electronic engineering and my PMP. I spent the early part of my career in IT and hospitality technology, then in operations and project management, including IT modernization work connected to the Bahamas Gaming Board.
Since 2018 I have also run Green Tree Productions, a Nassau video company. Orvion is where those two backgrounds meet.
What we have built.
We have a training platform in use with a Nassau corporate services firm: slides, a short test, a certificate with the learner's name, reminders, and a results page for the client. We have also built a new website and inquiry tracker for the same client.
We are happy to show you either one live.
A fixed-fee first step
The Workflow Scan is a fixed-fee way to examine one workflow. We agree with you where it starts and ends and who is involved, follow it from start to finish, and show you where the time goes, the indicative costs and potential benefits of each fix, and what to do first. The price is agreed before we start. If we find nothing worth doing, you will hear that from us.
For businesses with more than one location.
In a business with several locations, a few things often come up. Each site develops its own habits, head office can hear about problems late, and manual work is spread across so many people that the total is hard to see. Whether any of that applies to you is something we would want to find out, not assume.
We usually start small: one workflow, agreed with you, followed from start to finish.
How that worksHow it usually goes.
Three steps. You can join at any of them.
First, we look.
We sit with the people who do the work, not only the people who manage it. We map the process as it really runs, find where it slows down, and rank what is worth fixing. You get a short written report you can act on without us. If you want help putting it in place, we quote that separately.
Then we fix the right things.
Automations, a better website, a training platform, a set of AI tools your team actually uses. We pick established products over custom builds wherever we can, because they are easier to maintain and easier to replace.
Then we stay available.
Systems drift. Staff change. We handle the upkeep and the small changes, and check every so often that what we built is still earning its place.
More detail on how we work.
Tell us what is slowing your team down.
A 25 minute call is enough to tell whether there is something worth fixing. If there is, we will say what we would look at first. If there is not, we will say that too.
