AI Strategy & Readiness

Find out where AI will help, before you build anything.

We look at how the work gets done today, ask the people doing it where the time goes, and tell you which opportunities are worth pursuing first. Some of them will not involve AI. The first call is free. The assessment itself is a fixed fee, agreed in writing before we start.

What the assessment includes

  • Conversations with the people who do the work, not only managers
  • A walk through the process as it really runs, including the workarounds
  • A list of opportunities, ranked by cost, effort and risk
  • A written report with who owns each item and where a person must still approve
  • Where the time goes, with measured figures kept separate from estimates
  • Indicative costs and potential benefits for each option, including when a fix is not worth doing
  • A recommended first step, who owns it, and how you will know it worked

How we rank what we find

Every opportunity lands in one of four buckets, so your team knows what to act on and what can wait.

Do now

High value, little effort. Worth starting this month.

Do next

Valuable, but it needs some preparation or has to follow something else.

Later

Promising. Revisit once the basics are in place.

Not yet

Does not justify the cost or effort right now. We say so.

A note on how we work

Two sizes, depending on the question.

The Workflow Scan follows one workflow from start to finish and suits a team testing the water. The AI Readiness Assessment covers several teams and workflows. We agree which one fits, and the fee, before we begin.

Cybersecurity audits, data architecture and AI governance reviews are separate work and outside this service. Before we agree to a project, we check that it fits what we can deliver.

Tell us what is slowing your team down.

A 25 minute call is enough to tell whether there is something worth fixing. If there is, we will say what we would look at first. If there is not, we will say that too.
